Who we share data with

Messages you send to info@blemow.com are available to Blemow. All personal data you share in your message can therefore be read by Blemow and used to reply to you. Do not include any data you do not want to share with Blemow.

One other party can come into technical contact with your data: YourHosting (yourhosting.nl). YourHosting is both our email provider, which manages the info@blemow.com mailbox, and our hosting provider, which hosts the website and keeps server logs.

YourHosting has made a data processing agreement part of its general terms and conditions (Algemene voorwaarden), which apply to our services. It may only use your data to provide its service to us. How YourHosting handles personal data is described in its privacy and cookie statement.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to other parties, unless we are legally required to. Blemow does not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. YourHosting might do so; see its privacy and cookie statement for details.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include a secure connection (HTTPS) for the website, restricted access to the info@blemow.com mailbox and regular updates of the website software.

If you think your data is not properly protected or there are signs of misuse, contact us right away at info@blemow.com.

Cookies and external links

This website places no tracking or analytics cookies and contains no embedded content from other parties, such as Spotify, YouTube or Beatport players. For that reason we do not ask for consent for cookies.

Technically necessary (functional) cookies, if the website uses any, are needed for the site to work and do not require consent under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), art. 11.7a.

The website does contain links to, among others, Spotify and Beatport. When you click such a link, you leave our website. From that moment the privacy and cookie policy of that party applies, which we have no influence over. Read those terms before you share data or create an account.

Your rights

You can ask us to do the following with your personal data:

Send your request by email to info@blemow.com. To make sure nobody else requests your data, we may ask you to identify yourself. We respond to your request within one month.

Making a complaint

If you disagree with how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will look for a solution together. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
